Cancelation Policy
CANCELLATIONS You agree that it is your responsibility to notify Sorina Therapy & Coaching of your desire to cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. We can be flexible up to 24 hours prior to your session. If you miss a session without canceling or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, our policy is to charge you the cost of the Full Services. ​You will be notified immediately, should an appointment need to be changed or canceled, (in the event of an emergency). In this circumstance, you will be fully refunded, or with your agreement, your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time. ​LATENESS ​If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your session, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full fee. Hypnotherapy and Coaching sessions are structured, and a delay of 10 minutes or more, does not allow enough time to complete a session. ​
